We offer 3 levels of Intensity

Swedish

This is our lowest pressure massage and as such the most relaxing. It uses longer strokes rather than focal pressure on areas of concern.

Deep Tissue

This is our standard option. This focuses on areas of concern and works on resolving areas holding tension or causing discomfort.

Sports

This involves focused soft tissue release and may also include passive stretching, taping or other advice the therapist things will help with your areas of tension.

We are different to many other places as all our staff have a high level of anatomical and pathological understanding. As such, they tailor each massage to your individual needs depending on what they find and what you tell them.

Why do we do this?
Massage Therapists can only work at the intensity and quality we demand for up to 4 hours. If someone cancels at short notice, they can lose up to 25% of their income. As such, we have taken this measure to protect them against 'no shows'.
