Each team member is picked because of their unique blend of skills and passion. We create roles that maximise each persons area of interest and as such, you are always being treated by someone who is driven to be at the cutting edge of best practice.

Joshua Tan

Physiotherapist
Physio with a specialism in musculoskeletal conditions (aches, pains and injuries) with an additional expertise in complex cases.
Also qualified in Dry Needling.

Dani Oghuvbu

Physiotherapist
Experienced UK trained physio able to blend traditional physio with Acupuncture and soft tissue release.

Neil Parris

Physiotherapist
With a background of personal training and sports performance, Neil is able to support people through their Phyio recovery, all the way to exceeding their goals and personal bests!

Nick Mester

Physiotherapist
Specialising in musculoskeletal conditions (aches, pains and injuries).

Suzanne Goodwin

Physiotherapist
Having trained in New Zealand, Suzanne was taught a far more 'hands on' approach than is the norm in the Uk.

Originally from the UK she has also worked extensively across the NHS.

Ashrey is an Australian trained physio bringing excellent hands on skills and sporting credentials.

Matthew Shobande

Massage Therapist
Matthew holds a degree in Sports Therapy which helps him to understand what your body needs in order to provide high quality, bespoke massages.

He is also a football coach in the local community.

Leonardo Graca

Massage Therapist
With a degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation, Leo has a wide array of skills that can be applied to both everyday issues and sports specific ones.

Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Liv McGregor

Massage Therapist
Liv is a keen footballer (playing for Millwall) and has extensive experienced of applying massage to sporting injuries and conditions.

Annie is the glue that holds Support & Sustain together. Not just from an administration and management side but also in setting the tone as a place for caring and supporting our local community.

With 20 years experience, Ross has worked across every sector of healthcare including holding CEO level roles within the NHS. It was the frustration with inflexible systems that drove him to build Support & Sustain. A place where great clinicians worked in the best possible way to help people on their unique journeys.

No targets, no corporate backers... just good people trying to help people in the best possible way. If that means sending people somewhere where they can receive better care for their problem, then it is our job to get them there as quickly and smoothly as possible.
