We routinely work with sports people of all levels to screen for body limitations. This has 2 impacts:
- injury prevention, identify the areas at risk of overload early and ensure the strains of your sports can be safely met day in and day out
- performance enhancement, inconsistency and lack of power usually come down to your body not being able to perform the ideal movement. We work on removing those areas of restricted movement / weakness so that you can perform like a pro.
