Physiotherapy or Massage?
People often ask us whether they should book a massage or a physio sessions when things are feeling a bit tight, achy or painful after a recent event.

As a general rule a Physiotherapist will be required to assess, diagnose and create a plan to solve your problem. So if you answer yes to one of the follow, then Physio is the right option for you;
- is it a new problem?
- is it getting worse?
- are you unsure of the reason why there's a problem?
- have you had massage before and there wasn't a long-term improvement?
